Refund & Exchange Policy
At Hi Pro Tech, your satisfaction is our top priority! Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before it leaves our facility. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
Please Note
- Do not accept the parcel from the courier if it appears tampered with or open.
- We offer exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you’ve received a wrong or defective item, or if you’d like to exchange because you didn’t like the product, we’ve got you covered!
Exchange Details
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Our quality team will inspect and verify the returned item. Hi Pro Tech reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product is found to be used, damaged, or tampered with.
- If the product was delivered defective or if you received the wrong item, simply contact us for an easy exchange — no additional charge applies.
- If the customer wishes to exchange because they did not like the product, a reshipping charge of ₹135 (prepaid) will apply.
- The return courier must be arranged by the customer.
- Once you share the proof of return shipment, payment is completed, we will promptly dispatch your replacement item.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 62800 60689 with your Order ID and a few clear photos/videos of the product received.
- Once verified, our team will confirm your exchange and guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes
We’re unable to process exchanges for items that:
- Have been used or damaged after delivery
- Were ordered in the wrong size or model by mistake
- Are returned without prior approval from our team
Warranty Claim
For any warranty-covered products, we offer a one-time exchange during the warranty period, subject to product condition and verification.
